I feel alot better than I did yesterday, but I don’t know how long that is going to last. I have been doing situps and pushups before I go to sleep though. I hate being sick like this, but I’m not going to give up.
Plus I think that i have been doing a pretty good job with the counting calories and the food journal that I have been keeping up with. I just have to write them on the blog here, and we’ll go from there. FIGHTING!!
So, if we start off jogging 6 days a week and taking a break one day, we could take sundays off, OR take thursdays off. I mean, since we started today (or yesterday, since its midnight) we should run on sunday and through a good part of next week, just so that we dont take a break too early and then on monday go ‘nahh, maybe tomorrow.’ since this month is about us getting back into the exercise routine, we can take a break too early, you know?
I tried to do the workouts for the Blogilates, but those things KICKED my azz. I got to do 2 videos,but my body wasn’t used to exercise,so I died. *sigh* It’s not an excuse to give up, I got people relying on me.
So where do we start? I’m normally a jogger, like run 5 mi in one go and then sleep for 6hrs, but thanks to web MD, i thnk we should start small. exercise for over 20mins five times a week, and making sure to have rest days.
Before school would be better than after, especially when the days get hotter.
Also, thinking of putting a calendar in my room big enough to put exercise schedule on.
I am just trying to put the finish touches on alot of the stuff,to be honest I think that this is going to be awesome. I know that I have been all talk,while I can’t back it up, but at the end of the day, I just gotta do it.
And 30 days won’t hurt anybody, no? The thing is that I am a on-again-off-again kind of person, and I realize that I can’t do that anymore. I miss the natural highs, and just feeling good about myself. I know that it’s gonna be hard,but this is for me.
Plus,it’s awesome having another person work out with me, because we’re in here for the long haul. YEAA! Wish me luck, and let’s do this. :)
